TEST

A test must never stand alone, but it is a powerful tool for an open and deeper dialogue where it is “legal” to ask in depth with respect for the candidate’s reply. It is important that the Hiring Manager is a part of the test feedback, as it gives a good insight into the future management.

We have had many thousands of interviews throughout the years and have gained a good understanding of people and experience with asking in depth, and thus it is not necessary for the candidates to undergo a personality test. In the recruitment process we are flexible as regards whether the candidates are: not tested, tested by us or tested by the company.
We have a great respect as to if our customers decide out of intuition or data, and we adapt the process to the individual customer.

OPQ32

 

Is one of the world’s most frequently used personality tests in the business community and is based on more than 25 years of studies in 20 countries and in 40 industries. OPQ32 measures those aspects of the personality that are significant for performance and work effort – i.e. it identifies the preferred work style of the test person. We use OPQ32 in recruitment situations when the customer wants it as a supplement to our already thorough research, personal conversations, and reference checking. The results can be used to assess how well the test person fits into a specific work environment or team, and how well the test person will meet the requirements of the job. In the test, the person will be asked to decide whether he/she agrees or disagrees with various statements. Additionally, the test person will be asked to choose which statement represents him/her the most and least. We also use OPQ32 for Assessment tasks.

 

MQ

 

We use in career coaching and assessment in order to understand which work situations and factors can increase or decrease the test person’s motivation. This can be used for example to assess whether the test subject is “in the right place” at work, but also how the circumstances in the workplace can affect the test person’s motivation. Thus, the reply says nothing about intelligence, skills, or abilities – just motivation.

 

360° ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS

 

Is a fantastic assessment tool to see how a leader or a group of leaders is perceived by themselves and others when it comes to a number of job related skills. The person in question is evaluated all around by both the CEO/board, colleagues on the same level, employees and any external partners/suppliers. Getting a specific insight into the difference between how a person perceives itself and how said person is perceived by others is a good starting point for a discussion of strengths and potential development needs. We manage the 360° assessment analysis from start to finish through our web-based software and also ensure 100 % privacy for all respondents. Afterwards, the results are presented and review by our experienced consultants.

 

MPA

 

With MPA, you can predict the work behaviour of a candidate and thus select the candidates than will remain motivated.
MPA gives a detailed insight into a person’s work behaviour. MPA measures work behaviour:

How goals and results are achieved, how influence is sought and energy used, how much contact you want to be in with others, how much you can control your emotions, and how you show trust, the preferred approach to tasks, how decisions are made, the interest in innovation and development of new ideas.
