Choosing a recruitment partner should be a big decision for the company.
Who can represent us?
Do they understand our business?
Do they have the right network?
Can they come into contact with the right candidates?
Will they challenge us regarding our profile?
Headhunting is a “craft”. As with the choice of any craftsmen, e.g. carpenters, the end result can vary greatly.
The search business is a mixed bag and the choice can be difficult, since we appear very similar on the surface. Nonetheless, there is a big difference when it comes to our results. A result that is created in the cooperation between the company and us.
We are the extended arm of the company, and it is thus important that we can get excited about the customers we work for. Work life is a large part of a person’s life, and we cannot seriously headhunt employees for companies we do not believe in ourselves.
The best cooperation occurs when we can be ambassadors for our customers. This is achieved through a lengthier cooperation where we are involved in the customer’s recruitment strategy, business strategy, etc. This lengthier cooperation also means that we build up a pipeline of candidates.
It is important for us that all candidates are treated with respect and have a good experience, whether they are hired or not. All candidates who get rejected in the process must know why and what they can do better next time.
