Your goals
We find it natural and extremely important that companies have clearly defined goals, strategy and business plans that has a common thread and makes the employees go in the same direction.
You should work with your own “business plan” in precisely the same way. A plan that is continually updated and revised: What is my vision? My goal? Are my skills and qualifications enough to reach that goal? What drives me? What am I missing? What am I doing to fill out the “missing spaces”?
When you are on the market for a new job, your motivation direction must “point towards” new, exciting challenges. If the motivation is “too far” from your current position, there is a chance you won’t be happy or get success in the next job. Consider what you can gain from that specific job.
When we interview you as a candidate, it can either be for a specific job or as an introductory dialogue to discover if KLUGE will be able to offer you relevant career opportunities in the future.
PRESENTATION
When you are in the process to a new job, be ready to communicate your skills, strengths and results. Most often, you will be asked to describe development areas – be open about these.
The consultant participates alongside you at the first meeting with the client. This is to ensure the biggest possible sense of security and to support you if we believe there are areas/results you should highlight.
Once we have placed you in a new job, we will carry out a follow-up interview after 4 months to make sure that you thrive. Before this we typically have several conversations and you are always welcome to call – we are your sparring partner.
