Has for the past 24 years worked with Headhunting of IT / Digital profiles. Jannie chose after 5 years as Partner and CEO. director of a recruitment company, in 2003 to found “Kluge & Partners A / S” (now KLUGE A / S). Before this, Jannie has always been part of the IT industry and i.a. been Sales Manager for national and international sales. The many years as a leader, self-employed and +35 years in the IT & Telecom industry, make Jannie a very competent Headhunter and sparring partner for graduates and customers.

Chose in 2005 to team up with Jannie and has since worked 100% with Headhunting. Flemming has been an entrepreneur of several companies and was i.a. co-founded Sales-Force1 A / S, which was the first in Denmark to deal with sales outsourcing, as well as consulting and sales / management training. Flemming has always been part of the IT & Telecom industry, i.a. as Sales Director and CEO. Manager.
